If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days of delivery:

Provide your order number, a short description of the problem and at least two photos showing the damage or fault.
After we review your claim we will either:
Offer a free replacement (if available), or
Issue a full refund to the original payment method, or
Offer a repair if appropriate.
If you simply change your mind you may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following:
The item must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
The following are not returnable unless faulty:
Opened software or sealed electronics where the seal is broken.
Clearance or heavily discounted items marked “final sale” (will be clearly labeled).

Provide order number, name, reason for return and photos (if applicable).
We’ll issue an RMA (return authorisation) and return address. Do not return items without an RMA — returns without authorisation may be refused.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you and process the refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method. It can take up to 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
If the return is due to our error (wrong, faulty or misdescribed item), we will refund reasonable return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
If you want an exchange (same product, different model/colour), contact us first, if stock allows we’ll arrange the exchange and any shipping differences.
