1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of appliances and related products through the Company’s website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Definitions
“We/Us/Our” refers to NI DRIP CENTRAL LIMITED, trading as NI DRIP CENTRAL ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES. “You/Your” refers to the customer. “Goods/Products” means appliances sold through our website.
3. Ordering
Orders are placed online. An order acknowledgment email is not acceptance; a binding contract forms upon dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT and shown in GBP (£) or EUR (€). Payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure gateways. Payments are processed securely; card details are not stored.
5. Delivery
Delivery available across the UK and Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details and safe access. Risk passes upon delivery.
6. Installation & Services
Where offered, installation/connection is charged separately. Customers must ensure safe and prepared premises for installation.
7. Warranty & Guarantees
Products include manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties may be available. Warranties exclude misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.
8. Cancellations & Returns
Customers have a 14-day cancellation right under consumer law. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. Exclusions: bespoke/special orders, hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed. Refunds processed within 14 days.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Damages must be reported within 48 hours. Faulty goods must be reported promptly. Remedies include repair, replacement, or refund under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU law.
10. Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability for death, injury, or fraud is not excluded.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is handled according to our Data Protection & Privacy Policy available on our website.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and images are Company property or licensed. They may not be used without consent.
13. Governing Law
For UK customers: governed by Northern Ireland law and UK courts. For Irish customers: governed by Irish law and courts.
